Workshop operational data
Orbis Workshop stores operational records, such as customer, vehicle, quote, booking, job and invoice information, locally on the workshop’s own systems. These records are not stored in an Orbis Forge cloud database.
The workshop manages its own operational records, system access and backups. If you are a workshop customer with a question about a record a workshop holds, contact that workshop directly.
Enquiries and support
If you email Orbis Forge, the information you provide may include your name, email address, business details and the contents of your message. This information is used to handle your enquiry, respond to support requests or discuss your interest in the product.
Information you choose to share in a support email is separate from the operational data kept locally in Orbis Workshop. Please avoid sending customer records, database files or other unnecessary personal information.
Account and licensing information
Future account and licensing services may process contact details, licence status and information needed to administer access to the software. These services are not available through this website at present. The information required, purposes and service providers will be documented before they are introduced.
Website hosting and cookies
This website is designed to be hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the website.
The website code does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, set cookies, or use browser storage. Any processing or security features enabled by hosting services must be checked against the final deployment configuration.
Details to be completed before launch
The final notice needs to identify the responsible trader and applicable contact details, the information processed and purposes, relevant legal bases, service providers, retention periods, any international transfers, and applicable rights and complaint routes. These details are pending confirmation and legal review.
